Kitchens - The UK kitchen Units

After spending many years in joinery shops in weston super mare making hand made kitchens and other high quality joinery, Better Kitchens Ltd's Managing Director' Ardene Stoneman decided to go it alone and started up an installation company under the name of Maple Design, it was here that the supply of kitchens soon became the main area of the business.

In late 2006 it was decided that the company should focus solely on the supply of kitchens as this enabled us to offer our customers the best possible service and price.

Better Kitchens was born and went Ltd in December 06.

New Showroom.... The company moved premises in February 07 to our present location in Bleadon just outside Weston-super-Mare. This gave us the opportunity to open a showroom where a selection of our display kitchens on (see our comment about ex display kitchens below) can be veiwed and tested for quality.

Warehouse Expansion.... In December 07 we expanded once again with more much needed warehouse space. The new space has been used to house our new rigid trade carcasses which we now hold in stock. Our Trade kitchens can now be turned around in less than a week for collection or local delivery only. (Please contact us for more details on this).

The future looks good for Better Kitchens, many thanks to all of our customers.
Our Green Policy
Recycling

All carcases are made from18mm melamine faced chipboard which us FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified.

Much of the off pruduction cuts are burnt to provide heat for the manufactoring factories; this includes all the chipboard particles generated from our machining processors which are transferred via our integrated extraction system into a wood waste burner. This reduces the companies need to use land fill sites for waste disposal, making our small contribution to the environment.

Please recycle as much cardboard and packaging as possible.

*Ex Display Kitchens - From time to time we have available ex display kitchens which we sell off at reduced prices, if an ex display kitchen would benifit you why not give us a ring to see if we have any ex display kitchens available today.

Buying kitchens direct from Better Kitchens is a safe move and we believe that our kitchen units, kitchen cabinets or kitchen cupboards, what ever you choose to call them, are one of the finest on the uk market. So if you're thinking of buying kitchens direct from one of the big mutli-nationals such as Moben kitchens, Kitchens Direct, Magnet or B&Q think again as you may be paying over the odds for a lesser product!

In the interests of continuing design development and product improvement we reserve the right to change colours, designs and specifications or method of manufacture. Such changes may be made

without prior notice and without incurring any obligation. All units are manufactured to within normal tolerances. Natural wood is used in some of the Lakes Collection kitchens. As wood is a natural

living material with an endless variety of grains and textures, some natural colour and grain variation evident on installation will diminish dramatically over a few months as the wood is exposed to

light. The expression “solid wood” refers to door and drawer fronts only. Indications of colourways throughout this brochure are as accurate as the printing process will allow. E&OE. January 2008.
